*Orders weighing more than 2kg and costing less than £60 will incur an additional cost of £2 to post.

 

Next Working Day Delivery £7.95

PRIORITISED & DESPATCHED by Royal Mail Tracked 24hr service

Order before 12pm and your order will be prioritised and despatched the same working day with Royal Mail Tracked 24hr service which provides notifications. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not arrive until Monday and orders placed on Saturday may not arrive until Tuesday.

 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Orders placed before 6pm will be available to collect in store the next working day – opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday 1pm to 5pm, and Thursdays 1pm to 7pm.

 

 

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@thelarderni.com and we’ll help you out. You are welcome to send your item back with your order details and refund/exchange request and we’ll do the rest.

Please note we can only accept items for a refund if they are returned in a re-saleable condition, with all original labels and packaging intact. Used items cannot be returned.

Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. We cannot offer refunds on perishable goods such as food items, nor can we offer refunds on sanitary products due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described. If you are unsure whether or not you would like to keep the goods please do not open & sample as this invalidates your right to refund.
